… 67% attended a parish feast (up 10 percentage points when compared to 2011)

… 42% went to the cinema (up 4 percentage points when compared to 2011)

… 31% visited an art gallery (up 6 percentage points when compared to 2011)

… 32% went to the theatre (up 2 percentage points when compared to 2011)

… 34% went to a concert (up 3 percentage points when compared to 2011)

… 38% visited a museum / historical site (up 8 percentage points when compared to 2011)

… 44% read a book (up 3 percentage points when compared to 2011)

… 12% watched a dance performance (same rate registered in 2011)

… 71% engaged online in a cultural activity

… 37% actively participated in culture (people who actively participated in culture tended to score higher on the life satisfaction scoreboard than those who didn’t participate)

… 62% agree with public funding for arts and culture

… 32% believe that the arts and culture are essential to their life
