The NSO provides full access to its published data both for non-commercial and commercial purposes, and encourages its re-use. Re-use of NSO data, metadata and content of web pages is free subject to the conditions listed below:
- NSO is indicated as the source;
- In cases when re-use involves modification, customisation and translation of data or text, this must be stated clearly to the end user of the information;
- Re-use of data excludes: logos; trademarks; and visual or other material identified as belonging to a party other than NSO.
