The International Protection Appeals Tribunal (IPAT) is the administrative arm that reviews decisions made by the IPA and decides on appeals from asylum seekers and third-country nationals regarding applications for international protection in Malta.
The IPAT, is responsible for statistics relating to appeals and reviews, including final decisions on asylum cases and pending appeal cases.
