Matul l-2024, l-intrapriżi mistħarrġa fl-attivitajiet ekonomiċi u l-klassijiet tad-daqs kollha rreġistraw livell għoli taʼ użu tal-internet (Tabella nru 1). Bʼkollox, 82,254 ħaddiem użaw l-internet fʼxogħolhom matul is-sena (Tabella nru 2). Il-Kostruzzjoni, u l-Kummerċ bl-Ingrossa u bl-Imnut kienu l-attivitajiet ekonomiċi bl-anqas użu tal-internet fost l-intrapriżi kollha (Tabella nru 2).

L-aċċess mill-bogħod għas-sistemi tal-intrapriżi u l-miżuri tas-sigurtà
Fl-2024, 91.2 fil-mija tal-intrapriżi taw aċċess mill-bogħod lill-ħaddiema tagħhom. Kważi dawn l-intrapriżi kollha taw aċċess mill-bogħod tas-sistemi tal-email tagħhom, filwaqt li disgħa minn kull għaxra taw aċċess lill-ħaddiema għal dokumenti (Tabella nru 3).
Iż-żieda fʼdaqqa fl-aċċess mill-bogħod ġab lill-intrapriżi aktar esposti għall-inċidenti relatati mas-sigurtà tal-ICT. Biex jilqgħu għal inċidenti bħal dawn, 93.9 fil-mija tal-intrapriżi daħħlu fis-seħħ xi għamla taʼ miżuri tas-sigurtà tal-ICT fis-sistemi tagħhom. L-aktar miżuri tas-sigurtà komuni kienu l-awtentikazzjoni permezz ta’ passwords b’saħħithom (90.5 fil-mija) flimkien mal-ħolqien taʼ backups tad-data fʼpostijiet għalihom (83.8 fil-mija) (Tabella nru 4).
Il-bejgħ bil-mezzi elettroniċi
Il-persentaġġ nazzjonali taʼ intrapriżi li jbigħu permezz tal-kummerċ elettroniku kien kważi 11-il punt perċentwali ogħla mill-medja tal-UE-27.

Dwar dan, l-għadd taʼ intrapriżi mdaħħlin fil-bejgħ bil-kummerċ elettroniku żdied bʼ2.1 punti perċentwali fuq l-2023 (Tabella nru 5). Fl-2024, il-fatturat sħiħ iġġenerat permezz tal-bejgħ bil-kummerċ elettroniku laħaq iż-€2.9 biljuni. Il-bejgħ bil-mod imsejjaħ EDI ġabar 53.5 fil-mija tal-bejgħ bil-mezzi elettroniċi.
Is-sena li għaddiet, 78.3 fil-mija tal-fatturat kollu maħluq mill-bejgħ bil-kummerċ elettroniku sar mis-siti jew applikazzjonijiet tal-intrapriżi nfushom.

Indiċi tal-Intensità Diġitali
Madwar ħamsa minn kull 10 intripriżi kellhom rata taʼ intensità diġitali ‘għolja’ jew ‘għolja ħafna’. Intrapriżi mdaħħlin fl-Attivitajiet tal-Proprjetà immobbli, l-attivitajiet professjonali, amministrattivi u servizzi oħra jew l-Attivitajiet taʼ servizz tal-akkomodazzjoni u l-ikel, it-Trasport u l-komunikazzjoni rrappurtaw l-ogħla Indiċi tal-Intensità Diġitali (Tabella nru 6).

5. An overall response rate of 72.3 per cent was achieved. Some questionnaires were returned to the Office with incomplete data, resulting in item non-response. These were then imputed using appropriate statistical methods. Furthermore, various non-sampling errors could have occurred, primarily related to the respondent and/or errors during processing. While every effort was made to minimise such occurrences, these are known to be present and remain impossible to quantify precisely.
